O orçamento na Criartfarma (q enviaram POR ESCRITO) foi de 142,00. Obviamente, fechei c Ipiranga. Para minha TOTAL DECEPÇÃO, um prod veio com a quantidade de cápsulas PELA METADE. E a vit D3 receitada em azeite, veio comprimido. Todos os produtos fora da receita. CUIDADO com os telefonemas. Peçam orçamento por escrito, não são confiáveis.
Na Criartfarma teria saído bem mais barato....
They called me saying they had my nutri recipe and that for all the supplements indicated according to the prescription it was 95.00. The budget at Crietfarma (sent by WRITING) was 142.00. Obviously, I closed with Ipiranga. To my TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, a prod came with the HALF quantity of capsules. And the D3 vit prescribed in olive oil, came compressed. All products outside the recipe. BEWARE of phone calls. Ask for a written quote, they are not to be trusted.
At Crietfarma it would have been a lot cheaper ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobram um valor muito acima comparado a outras farmácias, não realizam ao menos a entrega do produto para compensar o valor altíssimo. Pena que os outros orçamentos vieram depois de eu fechar com eles.
They charge a much higher value compared to other pharmacies, they do not even deliver the product to compensate for the very high value. Too bad the other quotes came after I closed with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei o dia todo esperando a entrega do meu pedido que foi prometido para sábado, e não recebi. Isso porque disse a atendente que tinha pressa. As pessoas têm sério problema com compromisso. Se não pode cumprir, não prometa ou pelo menos dê uma satisfação. Infelizmente, das sete farmácias que liguei é a única que possui o medicamento que preciso, então vou ter de me contentar com um atendimento ruim. E se não tem concorrência, por que eles vão prestar um bom atendimento?
I stayed all day waiting for the delivery of my order that was promised for Saturday, and I didn't receive it. That's because the attendant said she was in a hurry. People have a serious problem with commitment. If you can't deliver, don't promise or at least give satisfaction. Unfortunately, of the seven pharmacies I called is the only one that has the medicine I need, so I will have to settle for poor service. And if there is no competition, why will they provide a good service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmácia de homeopatia e manipulação o atendimento no balcão é péssimo , a entrega é outro problema crônico. Não entregam no dia marcado, não tem hora pra entregar. Sobre o atendimento é do tipo bem antigo, fazem a gente se sentir como se estivesse atrapalhando, outras vezes como se tivessem fazendo um favor pra gente. Os Produtos Sao de confiança.
Homeopathy and manipulation pharmacy counter service is terrible, delivery is another chronic problem. They don't deliver on the appointed day, there's no time to deliver. About the service, it's very old, they make us feel like they're in the way, at other times as if they were doing us a favor. The products are trustworthy.
