★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Pedi 90 cápsulas de 1 remédio. Me enviarem 60. Quando liguei para conversar sobre o erro, o Sr. Luis me disse que quem estava errado era eu. Eu respondi que eu enviei a receita onde consta 90 capsulas. Por mais uma vez ele disse que fez exatamente o que eu pedi, e eu que estava enganado. Como eu posso estar errado se a receita que enviei é clara: 90 cápsulas! Mais que isso, para fazer as 30 cápsulas faltantes quis me cobrar R$ 57,00 (valor de pedido simples de 30 capsulas). Eu disse que o correto seria fazer o preço para 90 capsulas ( o que daria um valor abaixo de R$ 40,00 para as 30 cápsulas faltantes). O que obtive de resposta? Ele propôs fazer 30 cápsulas pelo mesmo valor da compra de 60 cápsulas, ou seja, R$ 46,00.
Em síntese, cometem o erro, acusam o cliente do erro por mais de 1 vez, e na hora de corrigir o erro cobram valor acima do pedido inicial.
Sem contar a descortesia e orgulho do Sr Luis.
Péssimos no atendimento ao cliente, e nada corretos nos cálculos de valores para os remédios que faltaram!!!!!
Terrible service! I ordered 90 capsules of 1 remedy. Send me 60. When I called to talk about the mistake, Mr. Luis told me I was wrong. I replied that I sent the recipe containing 90 capsules. In short, they make the mistake, accuse the customer of the error for more than 1 time, and when correcting the error, they charge an amount above the initial order.
