★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei nessa farmácia dia 30/12. Falei que iria passar a compra no Vida Link. O cara ficou enrolando e ao me falar o valor dos medicamentos, achei estranho. Pois o meu convênio com o Vida Link é de 75% de desconto. Então paguei pelo produto e pedi q ele escaneasse a receita e me devolvesse. O mesmo não fez isso e informou que o seu scanner estava quebrado.
Ao entrar em contato com o Vida Link para informar que o desconto proporcionado estava fora do contrato, me informaram que não havia nenhuma compra no convênio.
O valor da compra foi de R$ 81,44, com desconto dado fico em R$ 63,86, quando na verdade eu deveria ter pago R$ 20,36.
Não fiquei discutindo com o cara pois sabia que poderia solicitar o reembolso. mas o problema é que ele ficou com a receita, justamente para que eu não abrisse uma reclamação.
I bought this pharmacy on 12/30. I said I would spend the purchase on Vida Link. The guy was messing around and when he told me the value of the drugs, I found it strange. Because my agreement with Vida Link is 75% off. So I paid for the product and asked him to scan the recipe and return it to me. He did not do this and reported that his scanner was broken.
When contacting Vida Link to inform that the discount provided was out of the contract, I was informed that there was no purchase under the agreement.
The purchase price was R $ 81.44, with a discount of R $ 63.86, when in fact I should have paid R $ 20.36.
I didn't argue with the guy because I knew I could ask for a refund. but the problem is that he kept the prescription, just so that I wouldn't open a complaint.
