Mas... no dia em que fiz um pedido q no dia seguinte abri a embalagem estava cheia de uma especie de lixo.. ou feses de inseto... liguei pedindo a troca mas como nao pude ir pq estava de resguarde o seu Ronaldo disse que nao podia fazer nada... pedi p ele ma dar o entregador p trazer um novo e devolver o danificado e ele simplismente disse NAO. Obg pelo falta de respeito e consideracao pela cliente de anos RONALDO.???
I've been a customer for years at the pharmacy ... I always liked it.
But ... the day I placed an order q the next day I opened the package it was full of some kind of garbage .. or insect feses ... I called asking for the exchange but as I couldn't go because I was guarding your Ronaldo he said he couldn't do anything ... i asked him to give it to the delivery man to bring a new one and return the damaged one and he just said NO. Obg for the lack of respect and consideration for the customer of years RONALDO.???
