★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pede a máquina de cartão de débito, e ela nunca passa, desrespeito ao consumidor que confia na empresa e a dúvida será que essa máquina funciona ou é aqueles truques pra forçar o pagamento em dinheiro, mas como cartão de débito não é dinheiro e quem não dispõe do dinheiro pra pagar na hora só cartão e aí, o entregador vai embora e o doente continua com a febre ou dor ou quer que seja, não faz uso do medicamento, essa é a credibilidade de nossas drogarias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento. Sempre tem os medicamentos que preciso. O preço varia têm mês que vêm em preços mais em conta e outros que são mais caros. A entrega eles pegam até 23:30 para quem filhos é ótimo e eles entregam nem que for mais tarde.
Great service. You always have the medicines I need. The price ranges have month which come in prices more in mind and others that are more expensive. The delivery they pick up until 11:30 PM for those kids is great and they deliver even if it is later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone, atendente ficou rindo da minha cara e eu esperando 6h pelo mesmo remédio de enxaqueca... Total falta de responsabilidade e empatia com o cliente! A proposta de delivery é inexistente, o remédio não chega nunca.
Terrible phone service, the attendant was laughing in my face and I was waiting 6 hours for the same migraine medicine... Total lack of responsibility and empathy with the customer! The delivery proposal is non-existent, the remedy never arrives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 1 estrela porque não tenho como dar 0. Uma mer*** o atendimento dessa farmácia! Atendentes despreparados e mal educados. Fiquei 5 horas esperando um remédio e quando liguei me trataram extremamente mal. Infelizmente a gente sofre com isso por ser a única farmácia que entrega aos domingos. É preferível sentir dor ao ter que passar por esse estresse. Não recomendo jamais, pelo amor de Deus!!!
I am giving 1 star because I cannot give 0. A *** the service of this pharmacy! Unprepared and uneducated attendants. I spent 5 hours waiting for a medicine and when I called, they treated me extremely badly. Unfortunately we suffer from this because it is the only pharmacy that delivers on Sundays. It is preferable to feel pain when having to go through this stress. I never recommend it, for God's sake !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de comunicação deve ser o lema da empresa. Ao falar pelo telefone e fazer a encomenda por delivery foi me passado o valor e em nenhum momento foi mencionado taxa de entrega. E aí quando o entregador chegou o valor estava diferente do que foi combinado ao telefone. Muitos veriam isso como um mal entendido. Mas moramos em um país onde a gasolina está valendo mais do que 1h trabalhada do salário minimo. Então essas coisas não podem ser toleradas.
Não recomendo, existem tantas outras farmácias na cidade. Por isso não arrumei confusão e pedi educadamente pro entregador devolver o pedido.
Lack of communication must be the company's motto. When talking on the phone and placing the order by delivery, the amount was given to me and the delivery fee was never mentioned. And then when the delivery person arrived, the value was different from what was agreed on the phone. Many would see this as a misunderstanding. But we live in a country where gasoline is worth more than 1 hour worked of the minimum wage. So these things cannot be tolerated.
I don't recommend it, there are so many other pharmacies in the city. So I didn't make a fuss and politely asked the delivery boy to return the order.
