Guys, I scheduled a covid test with them Friday and when I get here they just say it's over IF THERE WAS NO TEST WHY DID THEY SCHEDULE!?????? could at least send me something by email or whatsapp, but they waited for me to get here to say that I didn't have

I placed an order through ifood on Saturday and one item was missing. They don't respond through the app's chat and they don't answer the phone. I felt robbed as they charged the 3 items ordered and only 2 came in. Purchase made on 03/12/22.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiz um pedido para ser entregue ate as 10h e já são 12h e não entregaram. nenhum dos telefones atende e minha mãe passando mal por precisar do remédio (medicamento uso continuo para DPOC, problemas respiratórios). péssimo atendimento. uma farmácia que vende por telefone ou online JAMAIS deveria deixar de atender o telefone.
I placed an order to be delivered by 10 am and it is already 12 pm and they did not deliver. none of the phones answer and my mother feels sick because she needs the medicine (medicine I use continuously for COPD, breathing problems). terrible attendance. a pharmacy that sells over the phone or online should NEVER stop answering the phone.
