★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro todo mes um remédio manipulado pra minha mãe , remédio esse pro coração e pra pressão ficaram de me entregar ,vi que o remedio não chegava liguei na farmácia e me disseram que estava com o motoboy ,a farmácia fechou no sabasá as 13h e minha mãe ficou o final de semana sem o remédio, detalhe minha mãe tem 72 anos acabou parando no hospital, total irresponsabilidade da farmacia liguei reclamando e ele nem deram atenção.
 I bought every month a medicine handled for my mother, medicine that heart and pressure were to deliver me, I saw that the remedy did not arrive I called the pharmacy and I was told that I was with the motoboy, the pharmacy closed on sabasá at 1 pm and my mother stayed the weekend without the remedy, detail my mother has 72 years ended up stopping at the hospital, total irresponsibility of the pharmacy I called complaining and he did not even pay attention.

Três dias depois me ligam falando que me passaram o preço errado, deixando a entender que eu tinha confundido a funcionária e agindo de má fé. Dois funcionários me ligaram, super grossos falando que eles tinham me passado um preço e eu estava mentindo. O tamanho do constrangimento que eu passei quando disse que iria ao Procon foi imenso! Por fim, cancelei a encomenda e comprei o produto em Campinas.
My experience was terrible. I made a budget and already closed the order. Three days later they call me saying that they gave me the wrong price, implying that I had confused the employee and acting in bad faith. Two employees called me, super thick saying that they had passed me a price and I was lying. The size of the embarrassment I went through when I said I was going to Procon was immense! Finally, I canceled the order and bought the product in Campinas.
