★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei por atendimento através e telefone, Fui mal atendido e orientado a buscar a informação que precisava através de Whatsapp, o fiz, ainda dentro do horário comercial e de funcionamento descrito pelo próprio estabelecimento, mas só obtive resposta no dia seguinte quando já tinha orçado o mesmo produto em outro laboratório com um preço que era a metade do que me foi oferecido. Resumindo, péssimo atendimento, precisam ajustar um padrão de atendimento com os funcionários.
I looked for assistance through telephone, I was poorly attended and guided to seek the information I needed through Whatsapp, I did it, still within the business and operating hours described by the establishment itself, but I only got an answer the next day when I had already budgeted the same product in another laboratory with a price that was half of what I was offered. In short, terrible service, they need to adjust a standard of service with employees.
