★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedi a atendente uma seringa para alimentar gatos recém nascidos, expliquei a situação, que a seringa precisava ter bico, ela teve a coragem de me vender um pacote de seringas com agulha fixa, e não vendia a unidade...( Será que ela pensou que eu ia enfiar uma seringa com agulha fixa na boca de um filhote?) custou R$ 15,00. Ela não pode fazer a troca porque eu havia aberto o pacote, fiquei no prejuízo. Essa é a política da farmácia? Enganar os clientes? Qualquer farmácia decente, os vendedores apresentam o produto e o descrevem. Oriente melhor os funcionários, eu não li a embalagem porque eu confiei na vendedora..( e se fosse alguém que não sabe ler português?) Enfim, ela me vendeu a seringa certa depois. Nunca mais entro nessa farmácia, não recomendo q ninguém!
Bad service, I asked the attendant for a syringe to feed newborn cats, I explained the situation, that the syringe needed to have a nozzle, she had the courage to sell me a pack of syringes with a fixed needle, and she didn't sell the unit ... (Will that she thought I was going to stick a syringe with a fixed needle into a puppy's mouth?) cost R $ 15.00. She cannot make the switch because I had opened the package, I was at a loss. Is that the pharmacy policy? Fool customers? Any decent pharmacy, vendors present the product and describe it. Guide the employees better, I didn't read the packaging because I trusted the salesperson .. (what if it was someone who doesn't know how to read Portuguese?) Anyway, she sold me the right syringe later. I'll never go to that pharmacy again, I don't recommend anyone!
