Tem uma farmaceutica que fica na parte da manhã, ela foi extremamente arrogante comigo, dizendo que o medicamento não funcionava e indicando outro genérico, alegando que era melhor do que o referência. E precisei também fazer uma aplicação, devido aos meus questionamentos sobre o medicamento ela foi extremamente grossa e aplicou com força, deixando o local roxo. Não recomendo, pessímo lugar. Fora que fui comprar um outro produto também na perfumaria além de estar extremamente suja a prateleira estava para vencer.

Tive a infeliz idéia de comprar nessa ROSARIO FARMACIA, o qual devido ao período de carnaval o boleto saiu com vencimento justamente no período que TODOS os bancos estavam fechados. COMO TODA E QUALQUER CONTA QUE A DATA DE VENCIMENTO CAI NO FERIADO OU FINAL DE SEMANA, mesmo que você tente pagar na data, devido ao feriado e final de semana O BANCO joga o pagamento para o primeiro dia útil após a vencimento. Ou seja, foi paga.
Porém, para minha surpresa, essa DESORGANIZADA ROSARIO FARMACIA, me mandou um e-mail depois que o boleto já havia sido pago, informando que o pedido havia sido cancelado devido a falta de pagamento.
Após varias tentativas via telefone (SAC), que toda hora a chamada caia ou então informavam que a pessoa responsável estaria retornando (algo que não aconteceu) e mandar e-mail que nunca foram respondidos, consegui falar com alguém que me pediu para enviar novamente o comprovante de pagamento via What. Fiz tudo que pediram e não responderam no prazo que havia repassado, mandei novamente mensagem, aí me disseram que o pagamento foi aprovado e que estaria repassando para a logística. NOVAMENTE NÃO RESPONDERAM E DEPOIS DE ALGUNS DIAS mandei mensagem cobrando, o qual depois de muita cobrança, disseram que não tinha mais o produto em estoque e que estariam devolvendo meu dinheiro.
UMA TOTAL BAGUNÇA DE DESORGANIZAÇÃO ESSA EMPRESA ROSARIO FARMACIA.
