★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimooooooooooooo, pedi um medicamento que foi informado que a entrega seria em 20min passei mais de 1 hora esperando, sozinha gestante passando mal, fiquei boa e o medicamento não chegou.
 Unfortunately, I ordered a medicine that was informed that the delivery would be in 20min. I spent more than 1 hour waiting, alone pregnant woman going ill, I was well and the medicine did not arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta muito pra se tornar uma rede conceituada de farmácia. Preços sempre altos e sem atrativos. Essa falta de atrativos inclue o atendimento ruim. Não falo apenas por uma. Mas por muitas outras da mesma rede que ajude freqüentei.
There is a long way to become a reputable pharmacy chain. Prices always high and unattractive. This lack of attractions includes poor service. I don't just speak for one. But for many others from the same network that I helped I attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui enganado pela atendente que me vendeu um remédio "similar" ao da receita e ao chegar em casa, após abrir a caixa, percebi que não era o remédio certo. Ao ligar pra farmácia para tentar reparar o erro, a gerente foi altamente ignorante e desligou o telefone na minha cara. Após outra tentativa de contato, ela atendeu e mandou eu procurar meus direitos na justiça. Fui extremamente mal tratado.
I was tricked by the attendant who sold me a medicine "similar" to the prescription and when I got home, after opening the box, I realized that it was not the right medicine. When I called the pharmacy to try to fix the error, the manager was highly ignorant and hung up on me. After another attempt at contact, she answered and told me to look for my rights in court. I was extremely badly treated.
