Pedi um medicamento por volta 20:30hs, umas 21:30hs liguei pra perguntar pelo meu pedido, disseram que todos já estavam na rua, que eu aguardasse. As 22:45hs liguei novamente, e disseram que os pedidos já estavam na rua com o motoboy, que a demanda estava alta e que eu podia esperar que já estava a caminho. o detalhe é que eu moro a 5 minutos no máximo, achei que a entrega não iria demorar tanto, mas diante do atraso, me propus a pegar meu veículo e ir buscar o medicamento na loja, aí me disseram que não! Pois a farmácia já estava fechada. Só que farmacia fecha às 23hrs e ainda faltava 15 minutos, e eu gastaria 5 minutos pra chegar lá. Confiei no atendimento e o resultado foi: meu medicamento não chegou, liguei às 23:30 e o segurança me atendeu, dizendo que todos já haviam ido embora. Agora eu pergunto... Dá pra ter credibilidade em uma farmácia que nos proporciona uma experiência dessas???

I asked for a medicine around 8:30 pm, around 9:30 pm I called to ask about my order, they said that everyone was already on the street, that I would wait. At 10:45 pm I called again, and they said that the orders were already on the street with the courier, that the demand was high and that I could expect it to be on the way. the detail is that I live 5 minutes at most, I thought that the delivery would not take so long, but given the delay, I proposed to take my vehicle and go to get the medicine from the store, then they told me no! The pharmacy was already closed. Only the pharmacy closes at 11pm and there are still 15 minutes to go, and it would take me 5 minutes to get there. I trusted the service and the result was: my medication didn't arrive, I called at 11:30 pm and the security guard answered me, saying that everyone had already left. Now I ask ... Can you have credibility in a pharmacy that gives us such an experience ???
