 Delivery beyond inefficient. To a place that is less than 2km from the pharmacy, mt more than 2hrs to deliver. I never ask again!

I was left wondering how many minutes on the phone just to find out if there was a mouthwash in the store ... I got tired of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho prático o atendimento, sem travamentos inclusive no balcão onde se retira medicamentos prescritos, o que é louvável. Porém, alguns funcionários que prestam informações não tem muito bom senso. Variedade de itens, também de conveniências alimentares. Regular.
I find the service practical, without locking even at the counter where you take prescription drugs, which is commendable. However, some reporting employees do not have much common sense. Variety of items, also food convenience. Regular.
