★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência com esta farmácia foi péssima. Hoje,27/11/19, passei na multifarma e comprei um colírio da marca Hyaback às 18:20. A atendente Samara disse que não tinha naquela loja mas que iria fazer o pedido para entrega. Paguei antecipadamente e deixei meu endereço. Depois de 1h eu liguei para saber se ja estava a caminho e me disseram que sim.
Resultado: O produto só chegou a minha residência 3h após a realização do pedido.
Muito chateado com isso. Entrega muito demorada.
A dica é se não tiver na loja vá em outra farmácia. Não façam pedido pois demora demais.
My experience with this pharmacy was terrible. Today, 27/11/11, I passed the multifarm and bought a Hyaback eye drops at 18:20. Clerk Samara said she didn't have that store but would order for delivery. I paid in advance and left my address. After 1pm I called to find out if I was already on my way and they said yes.
Result: The product only arrived at my home 3 hours after the order was placed.
Very upset about it. Very long delivery.
The tip is if you do not have in store go to another pharmacy. Do not order because it takes too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz pedido antes das 12 horas, agora as 20:20 ainda não entregaram nem deram satisfação, pergunto no whatsapp, visualizam e não respondem, liguei pra lá às 17:37 disseram que já tava na rua pra entregar, e nada, atrasar é algo que dá pra entender, mas fazer o cliente de besta é complicado, se respondessem minha mensagem e fossem francos eu teria compreendido...
