★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando faz uma compra retirada rápida, o produto, tem que ser separado mediante confirmação do pagamento, quando a pessoa foi retirar o produto, ainda foram separar, e estava faltando um item, que o mesmo constava no ato da compra, isso não existe, péssimo para o nome da farmácia. Sempre gostei de compra pelo site, mas com esse acontecimento e nunca mais compro nessa farmácia.
 When you make a quick withdrawal purchase, the product has to be separated upon confirmation of payment, when the person went to withdraw the product, they were still separating, and an item was missing, which was on the purchase, this does not exist, terrible for the name of the pharmacy. I always liked shopping on the site, but with that happening and I never buy in that pharmacy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não é muito bom, o funcionário faz tudo!!! Atende no balcão e corre pra o caixa pra receber.. as filas para pagamento São quase sempre muito demoradas e o sistema está sempre dando problema, atrasando mais ainda a conclusão da compra!!! Precisam melhorar muito!!!
Service is not very good, the employee does everything !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia feito uma reclamação e dado uma nota menor. Mas da última vez que visitei a Pague menos no Farol fomos atendidos por atendente chamado Jhonata que muito prestativo e gentil. Acho que a rede precisaria ter mais atendentes como ele.
