★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmácia bem localizada, ampla, climatizada, possui estacionamento próprio (apesar de serem poucas vagas), conta com grande variedade de produtos diversos, atendentes solícitos.
Pharmacy well located, large, air-conditioned, has its own parking (although there are few vacancies), has a wide variety of diverse products, helpful attendants.

Excellent service, well-trained employees, well located, excellent parking, but few spaces and used mostly by people who are not in the pharmacy .. Here are my 5 stars ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência do delivery foi impressionantemente péssima. Fizemos um pedido no dia 9/6 as 18h e as 21:15 o pedido ainda não tinha chegado. O contato pelo WhatsApp, que deveria acelerar e modernizar o contato, foi burocrático e demorado. Quando ligamos para fazer a reclamação e perguntar o que tinha havido, nos colocaram na espera que demorou também. Se o estabelecimento não está preparado para delivery então anuncie isso ou remova a opção de entrega. No fim, acabamos mesmo sem o remédio, que era pra uso urgente, sem nenhum posicionamento da empresa.
The delivery experience was impressively terrible. We placed an order on 6/9 at 6 pm and at 9:15 pm the order had not yet arrived. Contact via WhatsApp, which was supposed to speed up and modernize contact, was bureaucratic and time-consuming. When we called to make the complaint and ask what had happened, they put us on the wait, which took too long. If the establishment is not ready for delivery then announce it or remove the delivery option. In the end, we ended up without the medicine, which was for urgent use, without any positioning by the company.

Fiz um pedido de manhã, um pedido de quase 250 reais, paguei entrega, e o rapaz veio entregar umas 3 horas e o remédio ainda veio errado, voltou com o remédio, depois das 17hrs veio um outro rapaz, mas sem meu remédio, apenas p pegar a receita, e nada de remédio. Se fosse caso de vida ou morte, já teria morrido com essa espera. N sei pq o rapaz n trouxe o remédio quando vai pegar a receita Essa empresa gosta mesmo é de fazer hora com a cara do cliente, e o pior que ainda pagamos e caro pra isso.

I don't know why the guy didn't bring the medicine when he's going to get the prescription This company really likes to make time with the customer's face, and the worst thing we still pay is expensive for that.
