★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tenho sempre um desconto nos medicamentos. Às vezes o ruim é pq eu ligo, o telefone deles toca pra caramba e ninguém atende. Mas, eu busco e tenho desconto em meus medicamentos. Até pq sou hipertensa e por isso, tdos os meses tenho q comprar os remédios. E no mais, eu gosto da farmácia pague menos. Só q às vezes eu compro em outras farmácias por achar um menor preço é claro.
Feliz Natal e um Ano Novo cheio de boas vendas, Sucesso e sim, pq ñ, bons preços p o consumidor. Feliz Ano Novo pra tdos!!!!
 I always have a drug discount. Sometimes the bad is because I call, their phone rings a lot and nobody answers. But, I seek and have discount on my medications. Until I am hypertensive and so, every month I have to buy the medicines. And more, I like the pharmacy pay less. Only sometimes I buy at other pharmacies because I find a lower price of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já sou cliente da Farmácia Pague Menos há anos, à qual dispõe de boa estrutura, com variedade de medicamentos, entretanto, o atendimento deixa um pouco a desejar : é lento, deveria ser mais ágil para não ocasionar grandes filas e fazer com que o cliente demore tanto tempo no atendimento.
Existe também o problema da falta de sincronia entre o preço que é informado no balcão, pelo atendente e o que consta na tela do computador do caixa. Algumas vezes, é dado o desconto no balcão e quando se vai passar no caixa, está diferente, além de que muitas vezes, ocorre problemas de conexão no caixa e o mesmo precisa reiniciar ou chamar um funcionário para corrigir.
Acho que deveria haver um treinamento maior na área de atendimento, para que o mesmo fosse mais ágil e evitasse a formação de fila e aglomeração de pessoas.
Corrigindo esses pequenos detalhes, a Pague Menos ficará ainda melhor.

There is also the problem of the lack of synchronization between the price that is informed at the counter, by the attendant, and what appears on the cashier's computer screen. Sometimes, the discount is given at the counter and when you go to the checkout, it's different, and there are often connection problems at the checkout and it needs to restart or call an employee to correct it.
I think there should be more training in the service area, so that it is more agile and avoids the formation of queues and crowding of people.
By correcting these small details, Pague Menos will get even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei esperando na fila , tendo um caixa desocupado , viram q eu estava na fila esperando e não me chamaram , eu me chateei pois me atrasei pro trabalho, e o caixa masculino cabelos cacheados ainda , discutiu comigo eu estando em meu direito , se não está querendo mais trabalhar de espaço p quem precisa trabalhar em um momento desse ! Quem paga nosso salário são os cliente , então isso foi uma falta de respeito completamente ao cliente !

Sim, produtos farmacêuticos vencidos e falsificados (medicamentos que não fazem o efeito esperado) são comercializados nesta unidade! E ainda subestimam clientes e órgãos fiscalizadores. Um absurdo total. Não sei como ainda estão operando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja do Alecrim é terrível! Muitas vezes quando pego um produto em promoção, chego no caixa e o valor é outro. E eles ainda são ignorantes, pensam que os clientes desconhecem seus direitos. Os atendentes, que são poucos e nada receptivos, fazem a pessoa ficar esperando, se fazendo de cegos. Tem um fiscal que fica perseguindo os clientes dentro da loja. Os caixas nem vou comentar. O dono desse lugar deve ser terrível por isso a loja é assim, óbvio. Há muito o que mudar. Tive péssimas experiências nessa farmácia. Não recomendo.
