★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pelo App do Ifood e não cheguei à receber os produtos que selecionei,antes do horário agendado pelo App do ifood por lá e dias antes,fui aí pra saber do endereço,que consta no App do Ifood e não sabiam nem dizer se era Alameda das Espatodeas,731e falaram que não...Péssima qualidade de informação dos funcionários e não informarei se está no Ifood...Que Lástima,insatisfação pra o Consumidor.
I bought through the Ifood App and didn't get to receive the products I selected, before the time scheduled by the ifood App over there and days before, I went there to find out the address, which appears on the Ifood App and they didn't even know if it was Alameda das Espatodeas, 731e said no ... A última vez foi dia 10/04/2021, sábado passado, as 18:27 minutos, quando fizemos solicitação de compra de medicamentos indispensáveis! Falaram que entregariam em até 2 horas. Ficamos esperando até 23 horas e nada! Reclamei no SAC da Pague Menos, tenho o protocolo, o qual me informou que não entregaram devido não ter localizado o prédio! Porque não ligaram pedindo a localização ? Procedimento simples! Moro na Av Professor Pinto de Aguiar. Medicamentos importantíssimo para idosos! Isto foi tentativa contra a vida! Vou mover processo contra o gerente desta farmácia Pague Menos localizada na Alameda das Espatodias!

They said they would deliver within 2 hours. We waited up to 23 hours and nothing! Simple procedure! I live at Av Professor Pinto de Aguiar. Very important medicines for the elderly! This was an attempt against life! I will file a lawsuit against the manager of this Pague Menos pharmacy located in Alameda das Espatodias!
