★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Os preços não são bons e vêm com o papo de botar o CPF para promoção. Nem sempre entregam esse tal cupom de descontos. Funcionários são seletivos com quem tratar bem, julgam por aparência, fazem brincadeiras entre si e o cliente a meio das brincadeiras.
Terrible. Prices are not good and come with the talk of putting the CPF for promotion. They do not always deliver this discount coupon. Employees are selective with whom to treat well, judge by appearance, make jokes between themselves and the client in the middle of the jokes.

The automatic call passed me the amount below the one charged at the store. I give 3 stars for the service personally. Because the phone is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento pela farmaceutica. Era cliente já algum tempo, fiz queixa sobre ter uma única colaboradora no caixa mesmo com a fila grande principalmente que não tem atendimento no caixa preferencial. Voltei para nova compra e o problema persiste.
Fui falar com a farmaceutica e a mesma me tratou com desdém dizendo que na próxima vez será melhor. Tenho certeza que não farei falta como cliente, mas tenho 12.000 pessoas que gostam dos meus comentários.
Very poor service by the pharmacist. I had been a customer for some time, I complained about having a single employee at the checkout even with the long line, mainly because there is no service at the preferential checkout. I returned for a new purchase and the problem persists.
I went to talk to the pharmacist and she treated me with disdain saying that next time will be better. I'm sure I won't be missed as a customer, but I have 12,000 people who like my comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então fiz um pedido de delivery me disseram era no máximo duas horas! Resumindo fiz a compra 16 são exatamente 18:35 até o momento meu remédio não chegou pelo visto não vai chegar tbm! Já sou cliente da loja faz tempo mais depois dessa é lamentável ainda comprar em uma loja que não tem o mínimo de respeito com o cliente e se vc ligar novamente vai em uma central de atendimento que responde pelo Brasil inteiro.
So I placed an order for delivery and they told me it was a maximum of two hours! In short, I made the purchase at 16:35 am so far my medicine hasn't arrived, apparently it won't arrive either! I've been a customer of the store for a long time, but after this one it's unfortunate to still buy from a store that doesn't have the least respect for the customer and if you call again, you'll go to a call center that responds all over Brazil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento a funcionária do caixa colocou outra pessoa que não estava na fila na minha frente e ainda sorriu ironicamente quando questionei...ela disse que a pessoa que ainda estava escolhendo os produtos que iria levar estaria na minha frente na fila. Falta de respeito com o cliente.
Bad service the cashier put another person who was not in line in front of me and even smiled ironically when I asked...she said that the person who was still choosing the products they would take would be in front of me in line. Lack of respect for the customer.
