★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo. Liguei pedi um remédio de 15,00 é um outro se 8,00 e o vendedor disse que esse valor era baixo demais pra entregar. Disse que pagavam moto taxi. Eu disse que pagava a taxa e ele disse que esse valor era baixo. Absurdo.
Absurd. I called I asked for a 15.00 medicine and another one if 8.00 and the seller said that this amount was too low to deliver. He said they paid for a motorcycle taxi. I said I paid the fee and he said it was low. Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone é péssimo, chama , chama , ninguém atende, tem uma mensagem dos horários de atendimento, liguei durante tal horário mas não fui atendido, peço aos administradores pra ver esses problemas, assim não tem como ser cliente né.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para comprar um medicamento, segundo a atendente, só pode comprar quem tem "cadastro", infelizmente eu não concordo com o fato, de ter que expor todos os meus dados pessoais, apenas para comprar um paracetamol, creio que o nome, telefone e endereço era suficiente comprarei em outro lugar, mas deixo de sujestão aos administradores, que revejam essa política, pois independente do que o cliente for comprar, tem direito a preservação dos dados, (hoje em dia nem todos gostam de ficar passando CPF, e-mail, identidade, etc... Por telefone) a não ser que o mesmo deseja, poderia ser opcional realizar este cadastro, como em outros farmácias!
Obs: compro sempre pessoalmente e nunca foi necessário realizar cadastro para compra, dexei 3 estrelas, porque pode ter sido uma orientação erronia da atendente, de qualquer forma fiquei insatisfeita, mas dexei o comentário afim de propôr um melhoria, pois sempre fui bem atendida pessoalmente.

Note: I always buy in person and it was never necessary to register for purchase, I left 3 stars, because it may have been an erroneous orientation of the attendant, anyway I was dissatisfied, but I left the comment in order to propose an improvement, as I was always well served personally .
