Extremely time consuming service !!!!! Absurd the person spend ONE HOUR in a pharmacy to be served at the counter and at the checkout. Hire more employees and demand more agility than you already have !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimentos muito demorados, apenas 1 atendente no caixa, somente 2 atendentes no balcão não estão dando conta do fluxo de clientes principalmente nos horários de pico, em uma cidade como Irecê os clientes querem agilidade.
Precisam observar essas questões, melhorar o quadro de funcionários, e os atendimentos precisam fluir.
Fui 4 vezes na loja e fui bem atendido, os atendentes são bem esforçados e simpáticos mas estão sem suporte, os encarregados não observam isso e os clientes sentem.
Service takes too long, only 1 attendant at the checkout, only 2 attendants at the counter are not coping with the flow of customers, especially during peak hours, in a city like Irecê, customers want agility.
They need to look at these issues, improve the workforce, and care needs to flow.
I went to the store 4 times and was well attended, the attendants are very hardworking and friendly but are unsupported, the supervisors do not observe this and the customers feel it.

1. Produtos sem preço
2. Consultor de preços quebrado
3. Atendentes nunca estão disponíveis no balcão para auxiliar o cliente
4. Alguns operadores de caixa são extremamente desagradáveis e mau educados
5. O som é tocado muito alto, mais parece um bar
6. Os produtos muito bagunçados e as seções estão sempre mal arrumadas - o que atrapalha a localização dos produtos
This unit has MANY faults, but the worst are:
1. Priceless products
2. Broken price advisor
3. Attendants are never available at the counter to assist the customer
4. Some cashiers are extremely nasty and rude
5. The sound is played very loud, more like a bar
6. The products are very messy and the sections are always poorly arranged - which makes it difficult to find the products
