Me venderam o produto errado (mesmo com a receita em mãos) e quando retornei para devolução ou troca, as invés de solucionar meu problema e me "despachar" foram procurar o vendedor para repreender e culpá-lo, enquanto isso acontecia me deixaram esperando horas.. Enfim, falta muita atenção, profissionalismo, responsabilidade com o cliente e mais ainda,agilidade no atendimento!
Bad experience!!! They sold me the wrong product (even with the recipe in hand) and when I returned for a return or exchange, instead of solving my problem and "dispatching" me, they went looking for the seller to scold and blame him, while this happened they left me waiting hours .. Finally, there is a lack of attention, professionalism, responsibility to the customer and even more, agility in service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, nunca vi uma pague menos tão desorganizada. Pouquíssimos produtos com preços e as atendentes atendem péssimo, não tem onde olhar os produtos pq não tá funcionando a máquina que faz a leitura. Um descaso!
Terrible, I've never seen a pay less so disorganized. Very few products with prices and the attendants are very poor, there is nowhere to look at the products because the machine that reads is not working. A neglect!
