★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi uma farmácia boa! Inclusive o atendimento está péssimo, pessoalmente ou pelo telefone. As vezes a farmácia está lotada, mas só tem 1 ou 2 pessoas atendendo. Já passei mais de 20m em fila, principalmente a noite. E os preços não são de pagar menos, as vezes encontro produtos mais em conta em outras farmácias. Não se deixem enganar!
 It was once a good pharmacy! Even the service is terrible, personally or over the phone. Sometimes the pharmacy is full, but there are only 1 or 2 people attending. I've spent more than 20m in a row, especially at night. And the prices are not to pay less, sometimes I find cheaper products in other pharmacies. Don't be fooled!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muuuuito demorado, tanto na parte dos medicamentos quanto no caixa. Fila preferencial quase n existe porque não tem quem atenda. Fora o telefone que é de enfeite, ninguém nunca atende, em plena pandemia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, liguei pra loja para saber se tinha um produto e foi confirmado pelo funcionário, mas decidi comprar pelo site pois estava bem mais barato, após quase quatro horas esperando, chega a confirmação para a retirada na loja, porém quando fui retirar no local, fui informado que "não tinha" o produto.
Total falta de respeito com o consumidor
