Acho isso muito ruim porque os atendentes devem ser mais proativos.
The pharmacy is quite good but today I went there and waited a while to be served, I stood in front of the counter and some attendants were talking without giving me due attention, that's when I asked one of them if he could help me. Essa prática contraria o direito do consumidor. É um absurdo e lamentável uma empresa como Farmácia Pague Menos não se preocupar em facilitar a vida dos seus clientes, bem como não respeitar as leis.
The products that are on the shelves/gondolas are mostly priceless. The customer needs to go to the counter, face a queue to get the values. This practice is contrary to consumer law. It is absurd and regrettable for a company like Farmácia Pague Menos not to worry about making life easier for its customers, as well as not respecting the laws.
