★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No aplicativo diz que acima de 150,00 o frete e gratis, quando a gente termina de escolher td o que precisa, aparece que temos que retirar em uma loja proxima, se fosse para ir na loja nao teria necessidade de app, pedimos ja por segurança por conta da pandemia, se e assim nao digam que tem frete!

Sobretudo a farmacêutica. Não realiza o procedimento de furar a orelha por má vontade..
Atendentes despreparadas..
Telefone morre de chamar e ninguem atende. Quando vc consegue ser atendido, por um milagre divino, não obtem as respostas ao que se procura... Informa que a farmacêutica irá orientar e lhe deixa pendurado na ligação sem nenhuma assistência...
Realmente, a rede Pague Menos tem que fazer um treinamento seríssimo com a equipe dessa loja.
