★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui perguntar se tinha disponível tal produto e a moça disse que não trabalhava com ele, porém tem disponível no site. Ou seja, nem se quer o estoque da loja não conhece. E ainda não deu atenção para oq eu estava falando e virou a cara pra conversar com as outras atendentes do lado! Se não querem trabalhar dá espaço pra quem queira de verdade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo whtsap e pessimo, nunca respondem em tempo hábil e sem falar que a entrega nunca funciona, muito lenta;
Hoje solicitamos um pedido pelo whatsap, nao responderam e ligamos para fazer pedido as 17:55 hora e ate 22:15 nao entregaram e nem deram se quer uma satisfação.
Vc chega na loja e nunca tem um gde movimento para justificar a ausência no telefone e na entrega
Espero que um dia melhore e que a gerência tome melhores providências.
The service through whtsap is terrible, they never respond in a timely manner and not to mention that the delivery never works, very slow;
Today we requested a request through whatsap, they didn't respond and we called to place the order at 5:55 pm and until 10:15 pm they didn't deliver and didn't even give a satisfaction.
You arrive at the store and never have a lot of movement to justify the absence on the phone and delivery
I hope that one day it gets better and that management takes better action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui comprar um remédio chamado Daflon (1000mg), mas antes decidi pesquisar... Nessa farmácia foi onde encontrei o (MUITO) MAIOR preço de todas outras próximas a ela. Nas outras o preço (em 31/10/18 era em torno de R$100. Nessa o assalto, digo, o preço era ABSURDOS R$ 215!!!??? Comprei na Globo por R$84.? Não ache que todas cobram mais ou menos o mesmo preço, pois não cobram... Sempre existem aquelas que não tem o mínimo respeito pelo cliente! PESQUISE!!!???
30/11/21 - Fiquei mais de 5 minutos esperando alguém atender minha ligação e nada! Joguem o telefone daí no lixo, já que serve pra nada. ??????

Don't think they all charge more or less the same price, as they don't charge... There are always those that don't have the least respect for the customer! SEARCH!!!???
11/30/21 - I was waiting for more than 5 minutes for someone to answer my call and nothing! Throw the phone over there in the trash, since it's useless. ??????
