★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários atende muito mal estava comprando um medicamento, enquanto uma senhora queria trocar o medicamento a atendente chamada Ana Lúcia mandou a senhora voltar no outro dia pra não tinha nenhum gerente ou farmacêutica eu entrei no assunto falei que a pague menos teria que resolver o problema pois e a mesma ainda teimou comigo até que outra fez a troca do medicamento!
Mais respeito com o cliente !
Employees attend very badly I was buying a medicine, while a lady wanted to change the medication to the attendant called Ana Lúcia sent the lady back the other day to have no manager or pharmacist I entered the subject I said that the less pay would have to solve the problem because and the same still stubborn with me until another made the exchange of the medicine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços normalmente altos, além da entrega por telefone simplesmente não funciona pois não atendem. Os funcionários são muito ignorantes e assim quebra muito a confiabilidade do consumidor pois já vamos estressados e ainda temos que falar com pessoas mal humoradas.
Normally high prices in addition to phone delivery simply do not work because they do not meet. The employees are very ignorant and so much breaks the reliability of the consumer because we are already stressed and we still have to talk to people in a bad mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, mesmo que não entregue é necessário atender o telefone para eventuais duvidas, um descaso, e olha que é algo privado, até o posto de saúde publico atende telefones, ainda tem gente que reclama do SUS, tendo uma empresa privada com um descaso deste.
Terrible, even if it is not delivered it is necessary to answer the phone for any doubts, a neglect, and look that it is something private, even the public health clinic answers phones, there are still people who complain about SUS, having a private company with a neglect of this .
