 This is the best pharmacy in Bauru and it is not only for the promotions and varieties it has ... but it is for the people who serve us with such affection. Depois que tiraram os telefones das loja e passaram para uma central, o atendimento ficou péssimo muito ruim. Sou cliente, portanto vou trocar e procurar uma farmacia que atenda meu pedido. A empresa só tem a peder com isso. A concorrência é grande. Sou da cidade de Bauru SP.
I need a prescription drug, I have the prescription. I can't go to the pharmacy. The information I had that does not do this job. BAD SERVICE AT MARY DOTA. U. THE PERSON IS BEING ATTENDED AND SUDDENLY ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS ATTENDED, AND THEN THE ATTENDANT LEAVES YOU TALKING ALONE AND GOES TO THE CAIXA TO DO THE CASH SERVICE AND TALKS TO THE CUSTOMER, AND WE ARE LIKE A CLOWN WAITING FOR THE DOLL TO COME TO SERVE YOU.
PEOPLE, CAIXA HAS TO DO ITS SERVICE AND NOT STAY ATTENDING CLIENTS AND LEAVE THEM AT THE MERCY OF YOUR VTD. AND WAITING.
NOTE: 0 zero is not enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmácia grande, bem localizada, com estacionamento amplo, mas a farmácia estava escura no momento da minha visita, não sei o que está diferente na disposição dos produtos mas não me agradou como em outras farmácias. Tenho a impressão que preciso comprar e sair.
Large pharmacy, well located, with ample parking, but the pharmacy was dark at the time of my visit. I feel like I need to buy and leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei uma compra na unidade Mary dota Bauru aproximadamente 17;00hs e não tinham o medicamento na loja, efetuei o pagamento do mesmo com a promessa de q iriam buscar em outro filial e entregar em minha residência, não houve a entrega e nem uma satisfação por parte de alguém responsável.
I made a purchase at the Mary dota Bauru unit at approximately 17:00hs and they did not have the drug in the store, I made the payment with the promise that they would pick it up at another branch and deliver it to my residence, there was no delivery and no satisfaction for part of someone responsible.

Fiz uma compra onde o medicamento não estava disponível na loja da duque somente na unidade da Getúlio, fui informada pelo atendente pra efetuar a compra e receber a entrega em casa. Não recebi no mesmo dia como o informado, fui até a loja e não tive êxito com a outra atendente que não conseguiu falar na outra loja, vou precisar ir até a unidade da Getúlio (onde estava disponível o medicamento) PÉSSIMO!!! Fiquei insatisfeita

I made a purchase where the drug was not available at the Duke's store, only at the Getúlio unit, I was informed by the attendant to make the purchase and receive the delivery at home. I did not receive it on the same day as informed, I went to the store and was unsuccessful with the other attendant who was unable to speak at the other store, I will need to go to the Getúlio unit (where the drug was available) TERRIBLE!!! I was dissatisfied
