★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pessoa pede pelo aplicativo para retirada no intuito de evitar aglomeração, aí no momento da retirada vc se depara com uma fila pra tudo, de aproximadamente umas 15 pessoas e um atendente com máscara no queixo. Ninguém merece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Passei uns 20 min fazendo um pedido de remédios que somavam prox de 600,00 reais. Finalizei com o atendente, tudo certo...para ser entregue 2h depois. Passei o dia todo aguardando, liguei 3 vezes para o SAC no decorrer do dia, e a resposta era que estava em entrega...tipo está chegando. Não chegou, não deram sequer uma satisfação. Não cancelei o pedido e ficou assi. no espaço. Um absurdo de desrespeito com o cliente. Só coloquei uma estrela pra poder liberar a postagem. Pelo desrespeito, procurarei não comprar na Pague Menos nem na loja física.
Terrible experience. I spent about 20 minutes making an order for medicines that amounted to prox 600.00 reais. I finished with the attendant, all right... to be delivered 2 hours later. I spent the whole day waiting, I called the SAC 3 times during the day, and the answer was that it was in delivery...like it's coming. It didn't come, they didn't even give a satisfaction. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois da implantação do sistema de pedidos DELIVERY, a qualidade do atendimento caiu consideravelmente. Fiz um pedido ontem as 18h, com um prazo de entrega absurdo de 2h, mas aceitei pela necessidade. Hoje sao 9:20h e nada fo pedido chegar... Mesmo o pedido sendo faturado ontem. Hoje passei quase 50 min no telefone, entre DELIVERY, SAC e LOJA. E nada de resolverem meu problema.
Atendimento ZERO eficiência, ZERO qualidade, ZERO excelência. Estou riscando a rede da minha lista de farmácias.
After the implementation of the DELIVERY ordering system, the quality of service dropped considerably.
