Terrible experience. Pharmacy and clerk ridiculing the customer, without even bothering to disguise. Service performed at 6:00 pm on 05/23/2019. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando falar com algum vendedor nesse número e não atendem. Será que não tem um número de WhatsApp para melhorar o atendimento nesse momento de pandemia? Nesse exato momento está chovendo muito....então, se tivesse WhatsApp iria encurtar o caminho.
I'm trying to speak to a salesperson at that number and they don't answer. Doesn't it have a WhatsApp number to improve care in this pandemic moment? Right now it is raining a lot .... so if there was WhatsApp it would shorten the path.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se propõe a ter um drive-thru que não funciona. Levei 17 minutos esperando alguém do caixa vir receber meu pagamento. Apareceram duas pessoas que somente falaram que era pra esperar o caixa. Resultado, fui na drogasil, ao lado.
Proposes to have a drive-thru that doesn't work. It took me 17 minutes waiting for someone from the cashier to come and receive my payment. Two people appeared who only said it was to wait for the cashier. Result, I went to the drugstore, next door.

Perdi um valor monetário muito significativo para mim, por se tratar de um pagamento específico que faria hoje e não sabia onde poderia encontrar . Para minha surpresa recebi a visita na empresa que trabalho de duas jovens dessa filial, me questionando se tinha perdido algo e assim me devolvendo o valor. Obrigada mais uma vez! Liguei para o gerente para parabenizar a equipe, mas não consegui contato, pois, ele estava em reunião. Aqui deixo meu sincero agradecimento.
I am a regular customer of this store and I have always been treated very well by everyone who works there. Today I come to thank and congratulate the whole team! I lost a very significant monetary value for me, because it was a specific payment that I would make today and I didn't know where I could find it. To my surprise, I received a visit at the company I work for two young women from that branch, asking me if I had lost something and thus returning the amount. Thanks again! I called the manager to congratulate the team, but I was unable to contact him because he was in a meeting. Here I leave my sincere thanks.
