★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concorrentes, a Pague menos tem um calcanhar de aquiles: o sistema de pagamentos nas lojas muito lento e as filas. Fui numa loja da antonio sales e só tinha dois clientes p atendimento no balcão: eu e um senhor. Fiquei 20 minutos de espera p concluir a compra de 3 medicamentos . Motivo: só tinha 1 computador no balcao p consulta e o atendente teve q ficar esperando q o outro concluisse o atendimento do outro cliente; e o sistema de registro de pesquisa e compra super burocratico e lento. Enquanto isso, a loja sem clientes, a nao ser pelo rapaz q chegou antes de mim, e eu esperando pela conclusao da compra. Horrível . Quando preciso comprar medicamentos e penso nas filas da pague menos, desisto. É só se nao tiver outra opção mesmo. E essa ultima experiencia reforçou essa ideia.
Competitors, Pague Menos has an Achilles' heel: the payment system in stores is very slow and the queues. I went to an antonio sales store and only had two customers at the counter: me and a man. I waited 20 minutes to complete the purchase of 3 drugs. Reason: there was only 1 computer on the counter for consultation and the attendant had to wait for the other to complete the service of the other client; and the super bureaucratic and slow search and purchase registration system. Meanwhile, the store with no customers, except for the guy who arrived before me, and I was waiting for the purchase to be completed. Horrible . When I need to buy medicine and I think about paying less, I give up. It is only if you have no other option. And this last experience reinforced that idea.

Too much queue, too much talk between employees and little client work is waiting while employees are joking and chatting besides being super rude. Bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei para pegar um pedido feito pelo site, estava um pouco estressado pela demora na liberação, porém ao chegar fui atendido pela funcionária BRUNA ALBUQUERQUE, ( esse nome consta na nota que a pessoa emitiu pra mim) e fiquei super satisfeito com seu atendimento, conseguiu contornar a situação, parabéns a pague menos, por uma funcionária tão dedicada, ela me atendeu no balcão e foi até o caixa liberar a compra.
