A pessoa do balcão não informou à farmacêutica e eu fiquei esperando por 20min, quando chegou a pessoa do próximo horário... fui tentar argumentar e resolver, mas me encaixaram para um outro horário após, o que significaria 1h de espera em pé. Descaso total com o cliente. Não existe só esse lugar para fazer o teste rápido. Procurem a Clínica MAria Gertrudes! Isso é abuso por se achar monopólio.
