★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior farmácia pra atender telefone em Paraíso do Tocantins. Liga que cansa e na grande maioria das vzs, chama até cair a ligação. Depois de vários minutos tentando, um funcionário me atendeu às 22:15. Perguntei a ele se estavam fazendo o teste rápido nasal do Covid. Ele afirmou que sim e disse que sairia em 20 minutos o resultado. Como estava próximo à farmácia, disse que eu estava indo realizar o teste, porém o dito funcionário retrucou dizendo que não dava mais tempo, pois estavam quase fechando a farmácia. Perguntei se fecharia às 23h e ele respondeu que sim. Então o indaguei que ele estava equivocado sobre o tempo e que daria tempo perfeitamente de eu realizar o teste. Ele insistiu que não daria tempo, isso nós nos falando às 22:15 e eu há pouco metros da referida farmácia. Resolvi então ir em outra farmácia que realizou o teste em questão. Deixo aqui minha indignação com o péssimo atendimento dessa Farmácia Pague Menos de Paraíso do Tocantins.
Worst pharmacy to answer the phone in Paraíso do Tocantins. Calls that tires and in most vzs, calls until you drop the call. After several minutes of trying, an employee answered at 22:15. I asked him if they were taking Covid's rapid nasal test. He said yes and said that the result would be out in 20 minutes. As I was close to the pharmacy, I said that I was going to take the test, but the said employee replied that there was no more time, as they were almost closing the pharmacy. I asked if it would close at 11 pm and he said yes. So I asked him that he was wrong about the time and that it would perfectly time for me to take the test. He insisted that there would be no time, we were telling each other at 10:15 pm and I was a few meters away from the aforementioned pharmacy. So I decided to go to another pharmacy that performed the test in question. I leave here my indignation at the poor service provided by this Pharmacy Pay Less in Paraíso do Tocantins.
