★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais piso nesse lugar. Pra que uma farmácia desse tamanho se não tem funcionário pra trabalhar e os poucos que têm são mal preparados. Fiquei esperando quinze minutos pra passar no caixa (só tinha eu na fila!) sem ninguém ali para atender, pra vir uma funcionária e passar outro cliente na minha frente. Me senti um babaca! Não merece um estrela.
Never step in this place again. So a pharmacy of this size has no employee to work with and the few that have are poorly prepared. I was waiting fifteen minutes to pass the cashier (only I had in line!) With no one there to answer, to come an employee and pass another customer in front of me. I felt like an asshole! It does not deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por um tal de Flávio, onde questionei se não tinha nenhum mostruário de testes pra nenhumas das marcas caras de proteção com cor oferecida pela loja, o mesmo fez descaso do fato ainda justificou por ser uma cidade do interior, totalmente ridículo este comentário, então os valores deviriam ser mais baratos então, sai e comprei em outra farmácia mesmo sem testar
Bad service by a Flavio guy, where I questioned if there was no test sample for any of the expensive color protection brands offered by the store, the same neglected the fact still justified to be a country town, totally ridiculous this comment, so the values should be cheaper then, go out and bought in another pharmacy without even testing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço do site bem melhor que na loja de sumare na avenida amizade, porém sistema estava travando pra comprar pelo site para retirar em 1 hora.. e na farmácia não faz o preço do site.
Price of the site much better than at the sumare store on Avenida Friendly, however system was locking to buy through the site to withdraw in 1 hour .. and the pharmacy does not make the price of the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o agendamento online para realizar o teste rápido para Covid19 com hora marcada(7h30), cheguei na farmácia e fui informado que o farmacêutico só chegava às 13h30 e somente ele poderia fazer. Tive que me deslocar de outra cidade até Sumaré e a péssima organização da Pague Menos não me auxiliou em nada, liguei no SAC e geraram um protocolo e até o momento não tive nenhum retorno! Voltei para Campinas e consegui fazer o teste na Droga Raia!
I made an online appointment to take the rapid test for Covid19 by appointment (7:30 am), arrived at the pharmacy and was informed that the pharmacist only arrived at 1:30 pm and only he could do it. I had to move from another city to Sumaré and the terrible organization of Pague Menos did not help me at all, I called the SAC and they generated a protocol and so far I have had no return! I returned to Campinas and managed to get tested at Droga Raia!
