Dependendo do horário, a fila é muito grande e o atendimento demorado. O pior horário é ao fim de tarde e após a entrada da noite (entre 18:00 horas e 20:00 horas) durante os dias úteis. O atendimento é bom. A variedade também atende as necessidades, mas vez em quando não encontro a medicação que procuro. Há sempre uma oferta diferente.

Depending on the time, the queue is very long and the service takes a long time. The worst time is in the evening and after night (between 18:00 and 20:00) during working days. The service is good. The variety also meets the needs, but sometimes I don't find the medication I'm looking for. There is always a different offer.

Já liguei pra os 3 números das lojas e ninguém atende.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 24 de setembro de 2021, por volta das 10h30 neste estabelecimento chegou uma mulher e um hommem que fez duras críticas ao modo de atendimento. No entanto, algumas palavras sugerem algo mais...."existe uma marcação no chão e as pessoas não seguem...a fila deveria ser aqui!....as pessoas não sabem ler, não sabem onde ficar. Isso só acontece no Brasil! País de gente sem educação!". De fato havia indicação incompleta para formação de fila (incompleta pq direcionava até a sala para outros serviços oferecidos pela empresa q não o balcão para atendimento para venda de produtos farmacêuticos)... embora tenha havido ofensa aos colaboradores e clientes, uma das atendentes sugeriu atendê-la logo....só haviam 2 pessoas na fila (pardas/negras)!. Após as palavras, tais pessoas disseram não ir para a fila em frente ao balcão. Lógico, fiz valer minha vez de atendimento. Mas é evidente e deplorável a atitude da empresa em relação a essas palavras de injúria racial. Infelizmente ainda há pessoas que sofrem de uma profunda torpeza moral e se comportam como colonizadores por conta da cor, talvez tenha um pouco de poder financeiro, mas muito provavelmente em um país desenvolvido seria um problema público. Judicializar a questão me parece algo bem subjetivo.... principalmente o entendimento de nossas autoridades...no máximo cestas básicas. Assim, enfatizo meu profundo descontentamento com relação a empresa junto a situação.
On September 24, 2021, at around 10:30 am, a woman and a man arrived at this establishment, who harshly criticized the way of service. However, a few words suggest something else...."there is a marking on the floor and people don't follow...the line should be here!...people can't read, don't know where to stand. That just happens. in Brazil! Country of people without education!". In fact, there was an incomplete indication for queue formation (incomplete because it led to the room for other services offered by the company rather than the counter for the sale of pharmaceutical products)... although there was an offense to employees and customers, one of the attendants suggested assist her soon....there were only 2 people in line (brown/black)!. After the words, these people said not to go to the line in front of the counter. Of course, I made it my turn to attend. But the company's attitude towards these words of racial insult is evident and deplorable. Unfortunately there are still people who suffer from a deep moral turpitude and behave like colonizers because of their color, maybe they have a little financial power, but most likely in a developed country it would be a public problem. Judicializing the issue seems to me to be something very subjective....especially the understanding of our authorities...at most basic food baskets. Thus, I emphasize my deep dissatisfaction with the company and the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pode se dizer que é a pague menos que tem o pior atendimento comparado as outras. A que fica n Av princesa Isabel e a do centro e totalmente diferente recomendo.
Bad service can be said that it is the pay less that has the worst service compared to others. The one on Avenida Princesa Isabel and the one in the center is totally different, I recommend it.
