★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local, descaso que fizeram hoje, marquei um exame agendado de rt pcr e ao chegar no local, não havia mais o exame. Se so vendem agendado, como nao havia mais o que deixei agendado? Absurdo demais isso. Grande falha de vocês. Decepcionante mesmo.
Lousy location, neglect they did today, I scheduled a scheduled rt pcr exam and when I arrived at the site, there was no more exam. If they only sell scheduled, how was there no more what I left scheduled? This is too absurd. Big failure of yours. Disappointing indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem tudo o que precisa. Mas difícil é a farmácia popular sempre o sistema tá fora do ar. Daí termino fazendo as compras na Farmácia Permanente que é perto e tem farmácia popular sempre funcionando.
It has everything you need. But the popular pharmacy is difficult, whenever the system is down. Then I end up shopping at the Permanent Pharmacy, which is nearby and has a popular pharmacy always working.

Fui no dia 05/09/21 a noite com meu marido e a farmácia estava bem vazia, com os vendedores e alguns clientes no fundo e não tinha nenhum caixa.
Eu e meu marido pegamos nosso produto e ficamos em frente ao caixa aguardando alguém aparecer. Ocorreu que chegou um vendedor com o cliente que estava sendo atendido por ele e já passou na nossa frente e começou a cobrança dos produtos dele. DESRESPEITARAM NOSSA PRESENÇA NA "FILA" E PASSOU A ATENDER O OUTRO?! NÃO VOLTAREI NUNCA MAIS!!!
Terrible experience! I'll never come back, MAXIMUM disrespect with the consumer.
On 09/05/21 I went at night with my husband and the pharmacy was quite empty, with sellers and some customers in the back and there was no cashier.
My husband and I took our product and stood in front of the cashier waiting for someone to show up. It happened that a salesperson arrived with the customer who was being served by him and he passed by us and started to charge for his products. DID YOU DISrespect OUR PRESENCE IN THE "QUEUE" AND STARTED TO MEET THE OTHER?! I WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito TOTAL com o cliente. Não cumprem o prazo prometido, liguei três vezes para cobrar o medicamento que informaram estar em rota para entrega e tudo que encontrei foi descaso, atendimento telefônico extremamente demorado e má vontade dos atendentes. experiência PÉSSIMA !
TOTAL disrespect for the customer. They don't meet the promised deadline, I called three times to collect the medicine that they said was on route for delivery and all I found was negligence, extremely long phone service and bad will from the attendants. TERRIBLE experience!
