★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pessoalmente comprar um medicamento e um shampoo anticaspa e por incrível que pareça na loja mesmo com CPF cadastrado para possíveis desconto, os dois produtos estão mais caros que no site da Pague Menos, contestei a diferenças de valores da loja e o site, mais o atendente informou que realmente pelo site saí mais em conta.
No balcão mesmo comprei pelo site e depois de 1 hora dando voltas, fazendo hora, voltei para pegar o meu pedido!
Achei isso um absurdo :( Enfim...
Tive uma economia de R$ 25,00
Ainda bem que consultei no site antes de sair de casa!
 I personally went to buy a drug and an anti-dandruff shampoo and oddly enough at the store even with CPF registered for possible discounts, the two products are more expensive than on the Pague Menos website, I contested the differences in values at the store and the website, plus the attendant informed that actually on the site I got more affordable.
I bought it at the counter on the website and after 1 hour walking around, making time, I came back to take my order!
I found this absurd :( Anyway...
I had savings of R$ 25.00
Glad I checked the site before leaving home!

sendo que em menos de 5 min, um outro funcionário falou que estava sendo feito de madrugada e precisava fazer agendamento as 19 horas
manager Jessica very ignorant and liar, I went to see if she was tested for Covid, she informed me that it was not being done, and told me to go to Ipojuca,
and in less than 5 minutes, another employee said that it was being done at dawn and needed to make an appointment at 19:00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiz um pedido via central telefônica as 20:13 com previsão de entrega de até 02 horas são 23:36 e o medicamento não foi entregue, esperei 03 horas e ainda tive de sair atrás de uma farmácia com uma criança com febre, tentei ligar diversas vezes e o telefone não atende, total falta de respeito e ética com o cliente.
Terrible service, I placed an order via the telephone center at 20:13 with a delivery forecast of up to 02 hours and 23:36 and the medicine was not delivered, I waited 03 hours and still had to go out to a pharmacy with a child with a fever, I tried to call several times and the phone doesn't answer, total lack of respect and ethics with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você quiser ouvir música de mau gosto é só ligar, pois fica mais de 10 minutos ouvindo uma musiquinha e nada de atendimento. Inclusive uma parte diz: " precisou é só ligar "; deveria ser precisou não liga. Péssimo atendimento via telefone!!!
If you want to listen to bad taste music, just call, because you spend more than 10 minutes listening to a little song and no answer. Even a part says: "just needed to call"; should be needed don't call. Terrible customer service over the phone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fiz um pedido de um pós sol e a atendente me disse que o produto chegaria em 2 horas. Um tempo absurdo, mas acabei aceitando. Porém, o tempo passou e meu produto não chegou. Tive que pedir para outra farmácia. Tremenda falta de compromisso com o cliente.
