★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente ouro dessa rede há bastante tempo, mas há uma diferença enorme em fazer compras nas lojas da Praia de Iracema ou mesmo da Matriz, para as compras nestas filiais da periferia. É comum o atendimento funcionar no balcão e os caixas ficarem sem ninguém. Você olha para o balcão e ninguém sequer dar uma satisfação; é muito despreparo e descaso com a clientela; falta de gerenciamento. Dias desses cobrei a presença do caixa a uma moça do balcão, que parecia ser a "farmacêutica" e ela virou o rosto indiferente e adentrou ao interior da loja. Tanto faz aí, nas lojas do Jóquei, do Henrique Jorge ou do João XXIII. Vou troca para Pro Vida que tem um excelente atendimento.
