★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por que não atendem o telefone? pelo menos tirem o numero da internet já que não tem utilidade nenhuma. Liguei mais de 10 vezes e ninguém atendeu, pessoas doentes e vocês fazendo pouco caso.
 Why don't they answer the phone? at least take the number off the internet as it has no use. I called more than 10 times and no one answered, sick people and you making light of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei faltando 1hora e 10 minutos para a farmácia fechar e a atendente não fez o teste covid. “Ah senhor, já guardei o estoque”. Depois perde o emprego, é substituída, e fica reclamando da vida.
I arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes before the pharmacy was closed and the attendant did not take the covid test. "Oh sir, I already put the stock away." Then she loses her job, is replaced, and complains about her life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que vou cedo comprar algo nesta loja, eles nunca tem dinheiro para passar o troco, pode ser o valor que for. Eles abrem a loja sem nenhum dinheiro no caixa para passar o troco. Deveriam não abrir cedo, ou só abrir quando tiver dinheiro para passar o troco, pois o cliente dificilmente tem o dinheiro bem trocadinho para comprar a mercadoria,
até por que nem sabemos o valor exato do produto. Aconteceu comigo várias vezes.
Whenever I go early to buy something in this store, they never have the money to spend the change, it can be whatever it is. They open the store without any money in the register to pass the change. They should not open early, or only open when they have the money to spend the change, as the customer hardly has enough change to buy the merchandise,
even because we don't even know the exact value of the product. It happened to me several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há um problema sério com o caixa nessa unidade, pois nunca existem funcionários suficientes; sempre há a necessidade de ficar esperando alguns minutos até que alguém venha atender. Tentei agendar um teste de covid por telefone e ninguém atendeu; quando cheguei na loja e perguntei sobre isso, a funcionária disse que eles simplesmente não atendem o telefone pois estão ocupados.. mas que p*? Qual o sentido de abrirem 500 unidades da pague menos em Fortaleza se não contratam funcionários suficientes para atender os clientes ou sequer o telefone?
There is a serious problem with cash at this unit, as there are never enough employees; there is always the need to wait a few minutes for someone to answer. I tried to schedule a covid test over the phone and no one answered; when I got to the store and asked about it, the employee said they just don't answer the phone because they're busy... but what the p*? What's the point of opening 500 pay less units in Fortaleza if you don't hire enough employees to serve customers or even the telephone?

Poucos funcionários p dar conta de atendimento de balcão e de caixa...correm de um lado para o outro....atendimento muito ruim...

Few employees can handle the counter and cashier service... they run from one side to the other....very bad service...
