★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento fui fazer um teste rápido marquei pra 9:00 a farmacêutica me atendeu 40 minutos depois sendo que a mesma tava sem paciente e notei que a mesma tava no celular totalmente despreocupada que tinha uma pessoa esperando
 Bad service I went to do a quick test I booked for 9:00 the pharmacist answered me 40 minutes later and the same was without a patient and I noticed that the same was on the cell phone totally unconcerned that there was a person waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços elevados e o atendimento pode melhorar. Um bom dia, boa tarde ou um boa noite não custam nada e ajudam a criar empatia. A gente chega, entra em uma fila e dificilmente chega alguém e pergunta do quê você está precisando. Prefiro o atendimento cortez e solícito da Drogasil que fica em frente.
High prices and service can improve. A good day, good afternoon or good night costs nothing and helps to empathize. We arrive, get in a queue and hardly anyone arrives and asks what you need. I prefer the courteous and solicitous service from Drogasil that is across the street.

Don't test for covid in this place, even with an appointment I had to wait 1h and 30min to be answered. I've been standing in line all this time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços um pouco altos e o atendimento deixa a desejar, já fui muito mal atendida assim como fui muito bem atendida. Tem algumas pessoas que parecem que não gostam de atender a gente, enfim, um treinamento seria ótimo. Aliás deixo um elogio a atendente Alexandra, super educada e atenciosa.
Prices a little high and the service leaves something to be desired. There are some people who don't seem to like to serve us, anyway, training would be great. By the way, I leave a compliment to the attendant Alexandra, who is super polite and attentive.
