★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles parecem que não possuem responsabilidades , eu realizei o meu teste de covid na quinta feira, eles pegaram meu número e e-mail informaram que iriam mandar o laudo no mesmo dia, hoje é sábado e até agora nada, e não me deram nenhum retorno, e eu preciso apresentar para a empresa, liguei no SAC não resolveram nada, liguei no numero deles,não atenderam, ninguém merece pagar teste caro e passar por essa enrolação.
They seem to have no responsibilities, I performed my covid test on Thursday, they took my number and email informed that they would send the report on the same day, today is Saturday and so far nothing, and they have not given me any return , and I need to present it to the company, I called the SAC, they didn't solve anything, I called their number, they didn't answer, no one deserves to pay an expensive test and go through this mess.
