Péssimo serviço, não sei pra que server esse telefone de tele entrega já que ninguem atende, gostaria de saber se existe gerente regional para ver esse tipo de atitude do pessimo atendimento desta farmácia

De mal a pior o atendimento, ai eu tenho que sair da minha casa pra ir na farmácia pra chegar lá e a atendente dizer que tenho que ligar. Fazendo a gente de palhaço.

A coitada é totalmente perdida, atrapalhada, comete muitos erros, extrema dificuldade pra operar com o sistema. Numa das vezes em que estive lá, ela fez algo no sistema, que acabou cobrando em duplicidade no meu cartão. Depois teve de estornar o valor. Da outra vez, eu estava na fila do pagamento e vi um cliente bastante chateado. Não consegui entender o problema, mas foi algum erro no pagamento. Quando chegou minha vez, foi tanta lambança que acabei desistindo da compra. Fui pra outra farmácia.
Sr. gerente, por favor, dá uma orientação melhor à sua operadora de caixa ou vai acabar perdendo muitas vendas no seu estabelecimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rede de farmácias totalmente irresponsável, agenda teste e quando chegamos para fazer não há funcionários para realizar o procedimento, detalhe, não entram em contato para avisar. Comprei pelo site chega na farmácia três....quatro dias depois sem notícias pedi cancelamento e até hoje 15 duas não estornaram minha compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, a Pague Menos deixa muito a desejar em questões de atendimento telefônico. Ninguém atende ao telefone, o sistema é péssimo. Você espera mais de 10 minutos para conseguir um atendimento. Pelas reclamações abaixo, nota-se um verdadeiro descaso.
A você consumidor que está lendo a presente opinião, procure outra farmácia como Extrafarma, Drogasil, Econômia Farma, Aldesul dentre outras.
A Pague Menos....melhorem o sistema de vocês, não fique naquela de sua opinião é importante, vou anotar e repassar para o setor responsável...sabemos que isso não ocorre.
Aos consumidores que se sentirem da mesma forma que eu me sinto, façam uma denúncia no Conselho Federal de Farmácia ou no Conselho Regional de Farmácia e Anvisa. Afinal, para operar, as farmácias precisam estar vinculada ao Conselho e a Anvisa.

Honestly, Pague Menos leaves a lot to be desired in terms of telephone service. Nobody answers the phone, the system is terrible. You wait more than 10 minutes to get an appointment. From the complaints below, there is a real disregard.
To you consumer who is reading this opinion, look for another pharmacy like Extrafarma, Drogasil, Econômia Farma, Aldesul among others.
Pague Menos....improve your system, don't stick to your opinion, it's important, I'll write it down and pass it on to the responsible department...we know that doesn't happen.
Consumers who feel the same way I feel, file a complaint with the Federal Pharmacy Council or the Regional Pharmacy Council and Anvisa. After all, to operate, pharmacies need to be linked to the Council and Anvisa.
