★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Você não consegue sequer saber o preço de medicamento pelo telefone. Da ultima vez, me deixaram na linha esperando. Desrespeitosos, sugiro a todos procurarem outra farmácia.
Lousy service. You can't even know the price of medicine over the phone. Last time, they left me on the line waiting. Disrespectful, I suggest everyone look for another pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar meu medicamento na farmácia Pague Menos da Rua Conde de Irajá, um local que parece respeitar todas as regras de segurança da pandemia. Eles só deixam entrar uma quantidade controlada de clientes, com máscara claro. No entanto, quando hoje fui lá, me deparei com 3 atendentes no balcão conversando, uma com máscara, outra com a máscara abaixada e outro TOTALMENTE sem. Quando cheguei perto para ser atendida, a com máscara me atendeu e a com a máscara abaixada colocou a máscara de novo. Contudo, o atendente que estava sem máscara continuou por perto, CONVERSANDO, ainda sem máscara. Me senti totalmente desrespeitada, como que só os clientes tivessem que cumprir com as obrigações do estabelecimento e proteger as pessoas ao seu redor.
I went to buy my medicine at the Pague Menos pharmacy on Rua Conde de Irajá, a place that seems to respect all the pandemic safety rules. They only let in a controlled amount of customers, with a clear mask. However, when I went there today, I came across 3 attendants at the counter talking, one with a mask, another with the mask lowered and another TOTALLY without. When I got close to being treated, the one with the mask answered and the one with the mask down put the mask back on. However, the attendant who was without a mask remained nearby, TALKING, still without a mask. I felt totally disrespected, as if only the customers had to comply with the establishment's obligations and protect the people around them.

Um cliente não é atendido no balcão enquanto o anterior não finaliza a compra no caixa porque só tem uma pessoa pra fazer tudo. Mesmo quem não precisa ir ao balcão precisa esperar ela terminar um atendimento pra poder passar pro caixa. Atendente enrolada (também, coitada, só tem ela atendendo). Só na fila foram 15 minutos. “Sistema tá lento”. Passei mais de 40 minutos na farmácia, com tooooda paciência, e não consegui comprar o remédio porque o “sistema” não funcionou. Não foi caso isolado. Já tive paciência demais com a demora dessa farmácia que eu só insistia por conveniência. Milhares de concorrentes na cidade - totalmente desnecessário passar por isso de novo. Por favor, revejam esse processo de vocês.

It was not an isolated case. I've already had too much patience with the delay of this pharmacy that I only insisted on for convenience. Thousands of competitors in town - totally unnecessary to go through that again. Please review this process of yours.
