★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo Whatsapp precisa melhorar um pouco, fora isso tudo ótimo, uma diferença de preço incrível comparada com as outras farmácias do ramo aqui na cidade, atendimento ótimo, se todas as empresas tivessem funcionários assim seria maravilhoso para ambos os lados.
Whatsapp service needs to improve a little, other than that all great, an incredible price difference compared to other pharmacies in the industry here in the city, great service, if all companies had employees like this it would be wonderful for both sides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TIve uma péssima impressão, atendimento péssimo tanto pelo telefone como pelo whatsapp, a preocupção deles é saber qual o médico indicou! porque será???? enviou uma foto da receita com a formula a ser manipulada e os dados do paciente apenas para cotar o preco, não me responderam e qdo liguei para saber o motivo, vieram com um justificativa
totalmente sem propósito, fora de nexo. Tratam o cliente como idiota! Não indico!!!
I got a bad impression, bad service both by phone and whatsapp, their concern is to know which doctor indicated! I wonder why???? sent a photo of the recipe with the formula to be manipulated and the patient data just to quote the price, did not answer me and when I called to know the reason, came with a justification
totally pointless, out of touch. They treat the customer like an idiot! I do not indicate !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo deixam os clientes esperando atendimento por várias horas e quando atendem não esperam nem se quer o cliente encerrar o pedido,(aconteceu o simples fato:fui na própria loja saber o valor do remédio .Quando fui fazer o pedido pelo whatsapp era outro valor mas alto ,e lógico que eu como consumidora perguntei o por que a atendente simplesmente encerrou o meu pedido sem saber se eu ia querer ou não,falta de respeito total com o cliente???
Terrible, they leave customers waiting for service for several hours and when they answer, they don't even wait for the customer to finish the order, (the simple fact happened: I went to the store itself to know the value of the medicine. When I placed the order through whatsapp it was another value but high, and of course I as a consumer asked why the attendant simply closed my order without knowing if I wanted to or not, lack of total respect for the customer???
