Mesmo sendo um local de tamanho médio, conta com dois caixas que funcionam, sendo um deles preferencial (coisa rara em São Luís). A clareza na explicação dos manipulados, a atenção com a necessidade do cliente me fizeram virar cliente fiel. Estão realmente de parabéns!!
Extremely pleasant, comfortable, clean and smelling environment. Even though it is a medium-sized place, it has two boxes that work, one being preferred (a rare thing in São Luís). The clarity in explaining the manipulated, the attention to the customer's need made me become a loyal customer. They are really to be congratulated !!

Recebi bem rápido os medicamentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência nessa farmácia: passei um zap com uma fórmula de um remedio, na sexta, às 13h30, e disseram que entregariam às 12h00, do sábado (ainda tentei pedir que me entregassem no mesmo dia, mas alegando ter outros na frente, só poderiam entregar mesmo no sábado). Cheguei à farmácia às 12h50 e a única atendente buscou em vários arquivos do PC, e após eu falar que fiz a encomenda pelo zap, localizou e simplesmente me disse que não estava pronta a fórmula, pois o "quadro era reduzido aos sábados"! Fica a minha pergunta: E o cliente? Não poderiam ligar, evitando a ida do cliente na farmácia? Total despreparo!!
I had a bad experience at this pharmacy: I spent a zap with a formula of a medicine, on Friday, at 1:30 pm, and they said they would deliver it at 12:00 pm on Saturday (I still tried to ask them to deliver it on the same day, but claiming to have others in front, they could only deliver even on Saturday). I arrived at the pharmacy at 12:50 pm and the only attendant searched several PC files, and after I said that I placed the order by zap, located and simply told me that the formula was not ready, because the "table was reduced on Saturdays"! My question remains: What about the customer? Couldn't they call, preventing the customer from going to the pharmacy? Total unpreparedness !!

Tinha de ser armazenado em geladeira, como escrito na embalagem, e a pessoa que vendeu não comentou isso, e ela sabia que seria para Fortaleza. Além disso, não veio com bula, dentro de um isopor imundo e o medicamento jogado dentro da caixa de qualquer jeito. Imagino como deve ter sido a produção do remédio. Muito ruim. Espero ter o dinheiro ressarcido, pois não foi barato.
I ordered the product to be brought to Fortaleza. It had to be stored in a refrigerator, as written on the packaging, and the person who sold it did not comment on it, and she knew it would be for Fortaleza. Besides, it did not come with a bull, inside a filthy styrofoam, and the medicine was thrown into the box anyway. I wonder what the production of the medicine must have been like. Too bad. I hope to have the money repaid because it was not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira experiência foi muito negativa. Uma sequência de falhas. 1)O contato inicial não foi como informaram. 2)Me cobraram o que já havia pago. 3) Para fechar com chave de ouro. Me entregaram um produto sem fórmula, sem nome do paciente, sem nome do farmacêutico responsável e com data de fabricação 2 dias antes do meu pedido. Fiz encomenda para manipulação e não pedi nada de prateleira sem informação alguma. Vamos ver o que vai acontecer amanhã na troca do produto pelo que pedi.
The first experience was very negative. A sequence of failures. 1) The initial contact was not as reported. 2) They charged me what I had already paid. 3) To close with a golden key. I was given a product without formula, without the patient's name, without the responsible pharmacist's name and with a manufacturing date 2 days before my order.
