Dei duas viagens pq o motoboy n havia chegado no horario das entregas e qdo retornei meu pedido havia sido confirmado pela atendente que esta ali para registrar os pedidos. Fui informada q meu pedido nao havia sido registrado. Fiz chateada a confirmacao de novo do pedido e hoje, terça a atendente disse que eu nao havia confirmado. Uma cousa q fou pedida pessoalmentw. Muito irresponsáveis . Desisti indo pra outro bairro fazer o que eu precisavaque esta ali para
I placed an order registered by zap on a friday with delivery on monday27/4. I gave two trips because the courier had not arrived at the delivery time and when I returned my order had been confirmed by the attendant who is there to register the orders. I was informed that my order had not been registered. I made the confirmation of the order upset again and today, Tuesday the attendant said that I had not confirmed it. Something that was personally requested. Very irresponsible. I gave up going to another neighborhood to do what I needed to be there for

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível !!!! Fiz o pedido via wpp e a resposta deles foi escrito de forma errada, passando a entender q estava confirmado o pedido! Qnd cheguei no estabelecimento p buscar a fórmula, eles falaram q eu n confirmei e que n poderia realizar a fórmula pq a minha receita venceu por conta dessa confusão q eles fizeram ! Fiquei indignada q gastei meu tempo, dinheiro p me deslocar até lá e ainda terei q gastar mais p pedir a médica outra receita por erro desse estabelecimento ! Nunca pensei q teria tanta DIFICULDADE em realizar uma fórmula. É isto, n recomendo!!!!
PS: Só n coloco zero estrelas pq n tem como rs
Horrible !!!! I made the request via wpp and their response was written incorrectly, meaning that the order was confirmed! When I arrived at the establishment to get the formula, they said that I didn’t confirm it and that I couldn’t use the formula because my recipe won because of this confusion they did! I was indignant that I spent my time, money p traveling there and I still have to spend more p asking the doctor for another prescription for this establishment's mistake! I never thought q would have so much DIFFICULTY in making a formula. That's it, I recommend it !!!!
