★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was a bit disorganized. Room was ok. Nothing fancy. I asked the front desk for a higher level room with city view since I paid for the luxury room and was very disappointed. Breakfast was definitely not very strong. Lacking variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went during a holiday for two days (over 600 reais per night, which is a price for 5 stars hotel), room with poor audible enclosure, I felt like the people in the other room was inside my room, terrible bathroom which was full of water after the shower, the whole room was with water due to poor quality to distribute the water after shower. I do not recommend!
