Éramos 6 pessoas chegamos umas 22:40 fomos direito pra esse tal de farol todos empolgado.
Aí logo veio uma mossa enxugar as cadeiras .
De cara ja vir q era mau educada .
Depois trouxe o cardápio escolhemos oq iríamos comer, pedimos uma coca e um suco, não demorou MT chegou o suco porém veio só o gelo e ainda ela ao colocar na mesa parecendo estar com raiva ou não. Tipo jogou o copo na mesa.
Pedimos uma picanha na chapa,
Depois ela voltou disse q não tinha ..
Aff ? lugar péssimo atendimento precário..
Inclusive se quiserem posso pagar um curso de atendimento ao cliente, pois estar precisando urgente.
Foi a primeira e última vez.
Fica aqui o meu real constrangimento.
This happened yesterday, December 20, 2020.
We were 6 people, we arrived at about 22:40 we went right to this lighthouse guy, all excited.

Then she came back said she didn't have ..
Aff ? place poor service precarious ..
Even if you want, I can pay for a course on customer service, as I need it urgently.
