LUCAS VEIO ME DIZER QUE EU TERIA QUE PAGAR MAIS R$ 95,50. SENDO R$ 80,00 DE MÃO DE OBRA E R$ 15,50 DO ÓLEO DE FREIO PARA FAZER A SANGRIA DE FREIO. SÓ QUE ESSE TIPO DE SERVIÇO JÁ ESTÁ INCLUSO NO ORÇAMENTO DE TROCA DAS PASTILHAS. NAO CONCORDEI CO A TAL COBRANÇA E PAGEUI SOMENTE O COMBINADO ANTERIORMENTE E O ÓLEO DE FREIO.
TENHO 58 ANOS E TIVE MUITOS CARROS E EM TODOS ELES QUE PRECISEI TROCAR AS PASTILHAS DE FREIO NUNCA ME COBRARAM ESSA TAL SAGRIA E ATÉ MESMO O ÓLEO USADO que a quantidade é mínima.
JA FIZ OUTROS SERVIÇOS NESSA OFICINA E ESSA FOI A ÚLTIMA VEZ.
I COMBINED A BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT SERVICE FOR MY RENAULT CLIO CAR, R$ 65.00 FOR PARTS AND R$ 90.00 FOR LABOR, WHEN THE SERVICE IS ABOUT TO COMPLETE THE MANAGER OR OWNER MR. LUCAS CAME TO TELL ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE R$ 95.50. R$ 80.00 FOR LABOR AND R$ 15.50 FOR BRAKE OIL TO BLEED THE BRAKE. BUT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE TABLET REPLACEMENT BUDGET. I DID NOT AGREE TO SUCH CHARGE AND PAID ONLY THE PREVIOUSLY COMBINED AND BRAKE OIL.
I'M 58 YEARS OLD AND I HAD A LOT OF CARS AND IN ALL OF THEM I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE BRAKE PADS I'VE NEVER CHARGED THAT SUCH SAGRIA AND EVEN THE OIL USED, the amount is minimal.
I HAVE DONE OTHER SERVICES IN THIS WORKSHOP AND THIS WAS THE LAST TIME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se desse pra nao colocar estrela eu colocava 0 estrela... Não dão desconto sendo que vc está com o dinheiro ou pix. Isso é lei todo comércio é obrigado a ter desconto, detalhe o produto(farol de milha) é 140 reais aí vc quer comprar só um o certo é você pagar 70 reais.. eles cobram 80 reais roubando você na sua cara . Obs: sendo que já é cobrado a mão de obra.. detalhe um funcionário está fazendo o serviço de repente e outra pessoa fazendo o serviço qual a confiança que se deve ter em um tipo de serviço desse? Nenhum... não indico ninguém a comprar lá!!
If I could not put a star I would put 0 stars... They don't give a discount if you have the money or pix. This is law every trade is obliged to have a discount, detail the product (milelight) is 140 reais then you want to buy just one the right thing is you pay 70 reais.. they charge 80 reais stealing you in your face. Note: since labor is already charged.. detail an employee is suddenly doing the service and someone else is doing the service, what confidence should you have in a type of service like this? None... I don't recommend anyone to buy there!!
