★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valores fora da realidade! A pessoa compra uma galadeira por 3 mil e na assistência cobram 2.487 pelos reparos, praticamente o preço de uma nova. Se o aparelho não tiver na garantia eles cobram um valor surreal. Sem contar que vc paga 60,00 pela visita do técnico que faz apenas tirar uma foto do num de série da geladeira, olha a parte traseira, fala mais ou menos qual seria o problema e promete ligar para dar o orçamento. Tudo isso em menos de 10 min (ao menos aconteceu cmg isso). Vc passa dias esperando resposta e ninguém te liga. Tivemos que nos deslocar novamente até à loja para saber o valor (já que não atendem o telefone) e chegando lá nem tinham calculado ainda, fizeram o orçamento nas pressas e o susto veio com esse valor fora do normal. Não recomendo! Não têm nenhum respeito pelo cliente.
Não te explicam o problema direito, marcam com vc uma data e o técnico vem em outra, é uma total bagunça.
 Values out of reality! The person buys a galeira for 3,000 and in assistance they charge 2,487 for repairs, practically the price of a new one. If the device is not under warranty they charge a surreal amount. Not to mention that you pay 60.00 for the visit of the technician who only takes a photo of the serial number of the refrigerator, looks at the back, tells more or less what the problem would be and promises to call to give the budget. All this in less than 10 min (at least it happened cmg). You spend days waiting for an answer and nobody calls you. We had to go to the store again to find out the value (since they don't answer the phone) and when they got there, they hadn't even calculated it yet, they made the budget in a hurry and the scare came with this extra-ordinary value. I do not recommend! They have no respect for the customer.
They don't explain the problem right to you, they set you up on a date and the technician comes on another, it's a total mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e não tem transparência nas vendas de peças. Fui comprar uma lâmpada para o forno do meu Fogão Electrolux. A pessoa que me atendeu me ofereceu por 50 reais sem nenhuma garantia caso a lâmpada não fosse a ideal. Comprei na própria Electrolux por 19,90

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para começar ninguém atende aos telefones. Não tem lugar para estacionar e o pior. Não tem nenhum compromisso com os clientes já agendaram o serviço comigo em três oportunidades e não vieram. Estou sem utilizar meu ar condicionado novinho em folha por falta de compromisso da empresa. Não Recomendo.
For starters, no one answers the phones. No place to park and the worst. He doesn't have any commitments with clients, they've already scheduled the service with me on three occasions and haven't come. I'm not using my brand new air conditioner due to lack of commitment from the company. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No site da Eletrolux, descrevi que o problema era apenas o pé direito da geladeira nova que chegou quebrado, depois de fornecer os dados específicos do modelo. Foi incumbido ao parceiro Faroltec a tarefa de resolver. Agendaram comigo uma data a semana passada, não vieram. Ontem, sem aguardar, ligaram pra mim me perguntando se poderiam vir hoje (01/12/21) disse que sim. Vindo, o técnico verificou a geladeira para me dizer que não há a peça para reposição. Só após solicitar a peça que faria a troca. Tempo de espera, 20 a 30 dias úteis para chegar. Então, eu me pergunto, para que o preenchimento de todo aqueles dados?
On the Eletrolux website, I described that the problem was just the right foot of the new refrigerator that arrived broken, after providing the model-specific data. The Faroltec partner was given the task of solving. They scheduled a date with me last week, they didn't come. Yesterday, without waiting, they called me asking if they could come today (12/01/21) I said yes. Coming in, the technician checked the fridge to tell me there is no replacement part. Only after requesting the part would I make the exchange. Lead time, 20 to 30 business days to arrive. So, I ask myself, why filling in all that data?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espero que as grandes empresas levem as avaliações dos clientes como critério para escolher um assistência autorizada. Essa empresa não tem compromisso nenhum com o cliente. É um parto para conseguir que alguém atenda o telefone. Estou há 15 dias esperando a boa vontade de alguém ir atender a minha demanda de produto na garantia. Marcaram 3 vezes e não foram. Aprendam a tratar o cliente.
I hope that big companies take customer reviews as a criterion for choosing an authorized service. This company has no commitment to the customer. It's a delivery to get someone to answer the phone. I've been waiting for 15 days for someone to come and meet my demand for a product under warranty. They dialed 3 times and didn't go. Learn to treat the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcaram para realizar o reparo da minha geladeira no dia 31/12, por ser uma data “festiva” perguntei várias vezes antes da data se realmente seria realizado o reparo no dia 31 e fui informado que sim. No dia 31 pedi folga do trabalho para receber o técnico, informei a toda família que iríamos passar o reveillon na residência pois o refrigerador estaria funcionando. Fiquei aguardando das 6h00 da manhã às 18h00 e o técnico não apareceu, a assistência não entrou em contato e nem atendia minhas ligações. No dia seguinte indignado com todo fato que aconteceu entrei em contato com a assistência e solicitei que eu fosse atendido pelo gerente, a atendente informou que o mesmo não se encontrava, porém, ao “ameaçar” ir pessoalmente na assistência pois estava se sentindo lesado e a empresa não disposta a resolver o caso, dai então o gerente resolveu atender o telefone. Ainda assim com todo fato narrado o gerente se demonstrou indisposto em resolver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com essa empresa. pessoas não profissionais, realizarão uma instalação errada sem cumprir os procedimentos da Midea.
Tipo: menos de um metro de tubulação onde deveria ser de um metro e meio, tubulação amassada onde não prejudicava o fluxo de ar para resfriamento, instalação elétrica errada onde gerou um curto e fogo na parte exterior. Instalação foi errada e feita as presas, esqueceram ferramentas voltando para busca no primeiro reparo que foram 2 retorno onde não deixaram o ar condicionado funcionando tive que contratar outros profissionais para corrigir o problema por fora da autorizada que veio por referência da própria Midea. Resumindo hoje o ar condicionado funcionando o dano causado pela má instalação e irreparável , mas o ar condicionado está usável não como deveria mas está. Essa empresa não representa nem apresenta um padrão de qualidade aceitável , vale muito mas a pena vc deixa a garantia de lado e contrato um profissional de confiança que não seja da autorizada.

Installation was wrong and the fangs were done, they forgot tools going back for the first repair that were 2 returns where they didn't leave the air conditioning working I had to hire other professionals to fix the problem outside the authorized one that came by reference from Midea itself. Summarizing today the air conditioning working the damage caused by poor installation is irreparable, but the air conditioning is not usable as it should but it is. This company does not represent or present an acceptable quality standard, it's worth it but you leave the guarantee aside and hire a trusted professional who is not authorized.
